Travel Outpatient Occupational Therapist - $2,345 per week

Cross Country Allied is seeking a travel Occupational Therapist for a travel job in Columbus, Ohio. Job Description & Requirements Specialty: Occupational Therapist Discipline: Therapy Start Date: 07/06/2026 Duration: 13 weeks 40 hours per week Shift: 8 hours, days Employment Type: Travel Occupational Therapist (Outpatient) Columbus, OH to plan, organize, develop, administer, direct, and supervise occupational therapy treatment in accordance with applicable federal, state, and local standards and guidelines. This role includes conducting patient assessments, developing individualized treatment plans, completing required documentation, participating in interdisciplinary team processes, and supporting safe patient transitions through discharge planning. Candidates are required to bring a valid license on the first day of work. Schedule Days shift, 8 hours per shift, minimum 40 hours per week Qualifications Required: Must hold a valid, current State license; Basic Life Support (BLS) certification; minimum 2 years of experience; Inpatient Rehab or Neuro experience Preferred: Inpatient Rehab or Neuro experience Responsibilities Assess patient level of functioning upon physician orders and implement appropriate treatment based on assessment findings Participate in interdisciplinary team processes and attend team conferences Support discharge planning, including placement, patient/family education, and adaptive equipment recommendations Complete all documentation required by department policy, including initial evaluations and daily progress notes within defined timeframes Create and provide individualized treatment programs and/or family caregiver training recommendations as appropriate Supervise Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants, as well as Occupational Therapy students and other staff members as assigned Communicate with patients and/or family members in a manner aligned with their level of understanding Maintain confidentiality and demonstrate safety-focused behaviors in clinical work areas Perform all other duties as assigned Benefits Private housing or generous housing allowance Comprehensive health insurance with prescription coverage Dependent health insurance with prescription coverage Competitive salaries Referral bonuses Travel reimbursement 401(k) retirement plan Direct deposit/free checkingUnlimited free CE credits Cross Country Allied Job ID #1274670.
