Occupational Therapist Position
Join our team at Arbor Ridge Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center as an Occupational Therapist.
Full-time opportunities available
Same Day Pay! $43-$48 an hour (all inclusive)
Responsibilities of an Occupational Therapist:
- Assess patients' physical, cognitive, and emotional abilities to identify challenges in daily activities
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to improve independence and quality of life
- Help patients relearn or adapt skills needed for daily living, school, work, or play
- Recommend and train patients in the use of adaptive equipment or assistive technology
- Monitor progress and adjust therapy plans based on patient needs and goals
- Collaborate with families, teachers, doctors, and other professionals to support patient outcomes
Qualifications for an Occupational Therapist:
- Bachelor's degree in occupational therapy from an approved school.
- Demonstrates competence in assessing, analyzing, and utilizing data for the purpose of obtaining information necessary for effective decision making and performance improvement.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient computer skills that include but are not limited to Microsoft Office and/or Google Suite platforms.
- Minimum of one year of relevant experience
