Lead Data Engineer

Providing technical leadership in a full-time capacity, the Lead Data Engineer will design, develop, and manage enterprise data platforms and integration services, ensuring data-driven decision-making across the organization while collaborating with business and technology stakeholders. Key responsibilities Lead the end-to-end design, development, deployment, and support of scalable data integration and engineering solutions Collaborate with technology leadership to evaluate and implement new tools and best practices to improve platform performance Drive operational excellence through monitoring, optimization, troubleshooting, and ongoing support of data platforms and services Required qualifications 8+ years of experience in enterprise data integration and data engineering services Proficiency in building and optimizing data platforms using Databricks, Spark, Delta Lake, and Azure cloud services Experience in developing and maintaining ELT/ETL frameworks and data governance capabilities Knowledge of AI, machine learning, and MLOps/DataOps practices Familiarity with modern engineering standards, including CI/CD and Infrastructure as Code (IaC)
