Production Setup Associate

Overview: The Production Setup Associate is responsible for collecting materials used in production and assisting the flexographic press operator in basic press setup functions. Shift: Monday-Friday 9:00am-5:30pm. Pay $15.00/hour. Benefits Medical Dental Vision Short-Term & Long Term Disability Life Insurance Holiday Paid Time Off Paid Time Off What You'll Do Collecting/returning materials, inks (includes mixing), dies, and miscellaneous supplies from the assigned presses. Assists the press operator in basic setup operations on flexographic presses. Cleaning of press equipment. Responsible for collecting trash and stocking supplies on assigned presses. Desired Traits/Requirements Detail-oriented and capable of following standard work instructions. Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications. Ability to communicate and work with co-workers effectively. At least 3-6 months of general warehouse experience. High school dimploma or GED equivalent. Physical Demands The employee is regularly required to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive motions involving hands, wrists, and arms. The employee frequently uses hands and fingers to handle, control, or feel objects, tools, or controls. The employee is required to walk, reach with hands and arms, bend, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl. The employee must be able to lift and/or move up to 75 pounds regularly, with or without assistance. Specific vision abilities required include close vision, distance vision, and the ability to adjust focus to inspect materials and products. The employee must be able to safely work in a fast-paced production and warehouse environment.
