Clinical Pharmacist - Medication Therapy Management

Hours of Work 8:00 a.m. – 4:30 p.m. Days of Week Monday – Friday. Work Shift 8x5 Day (United States of America) Job Description In this highly technical, fast‑paced, and rewarding position, you'll collaborate with multidisciplinary team members to provide the very best care for patients. The Clinical Pharmacist position works in Primary Care and Specialty Care Clinics delivering Medication Therapy Management Services. Job Requirements Graduate of an accredited school of pharmacy Licensed as a registered pharmacist by the Texas State Board of Pharmacy Successful completion of pharmacokinetics training program 1 year (includes residency training) Job Responsibilities Communicate clearly and openly Build relationships to promote a collaborative environment Be accountable for your performance Always look for ways to improve the patient experience Take initiative for your professional growth Be engaged and eager to build a winning team #J-18808-Ljbffr Methodist Health System
