Minimum Requirements:

• Associate's degree in physical therapy from an accredited educational program.
• Active Texas PTA license required to start the position.
• BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
• Experience in outpatient physical therapy preferred.
• Willingness to float between clinics and to occasionally cover hospital shifts as needed.
