Key Responsibilities of the RN - PCU

• Provide advanced heart failure therapies in a mixed IMC/CC unit
• Manage patient ratios of 3-5:1, adapting to staffing needs as required
• Titrate vasoactive drips accurately
• Utilize common equipment such as LVAD, bedside monitors, and Impella

Requirements of the RN - PCU

• Strong cardiac skills on skills checklist required
• Relevant nursing licenses and certifications
• Previous experience in an ICU or similar settings
