Registered Nurse Operating Room

Job Summary:


Seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to provide specialized perioperative care in the Operating Room. Candidates will support orthopedic procedures, including total hip and knee replacements, with spine experience preferred.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with surgical teams to ensure safe and efficient operating room procedures.
• Monitor patient vitals and administer medications as directed during surgeries.
• Assist with preparing operating rooms, sterilizing equipment, and ensuring sterile technique.
• Document all patient information, surgical details, and intraoperative events accurately.
• Respond promptly to intraoperative emergencies and support team coordination.
• Adhere to all safety and compliance standards, including certification and licensure requirements.

Qualifications:

• Valid California RN license uploaded via Nursys within the last 2 weeks.
• BLS and ACLS certifications with current expiration dates.
• Minimum of 2 years of orthopedic circulator experience, including total hip and knee procedures.
• Spine experience preferred.
• Ability to work 3x12 day shifts from 6:45 AM to 7:15 PM.
• Must be compliant with travel and work history verification requirements.
