If you're energized by a fast pace, obsessed with accuracy, and have passion for client service, apply now to join an exceptional team and launch a great career in media sales operations.What you'll do:Own flawless entry and maintenance of advertising orders, including WideOrbit (WO) workflowsAssign copy instructions and provide quality control for local/national creative to meet FCC and Hearst standards before it airsReview and finalize daily commercial logs for broadcast television; coordinate manual changes with Management and Master ControlWork closely with Digital Client Specialist to assign copy for digital video campaigns, assist with digital order entry and confirmation, track campaign pacing, and produce month-end delivery reports.Use available research tools to analyze data and develop compelling stories that reinforce the marketing power of our media platforms.Adhere to deadlines, keep stakeholders in sync, and communicate closely with Ad Ops (Charlotte, NC)Keep pristine copy instruction files and manage the monthly materials purgeDevelop sales proposals and presentations for Account Executives.Deliver white?glove service to managers, teammates, and clientsWhat you bring:Solid computer/software skills; Microsoft Office Suite proficiencyProven success juggling multiple projects and tight deadlines in a dynamic environmentFast learner with new systems; stellar written and verbal communicationHighly organized, detail?driven, calm under pressure, and team?mindedPride in your work, responsive to direction, effective independently and in groupsBonus: Broadcast TV copy/traffic experienceReady to make your mark?
