Training will be provided for the right candidate. Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner Check-in and check-out guests efficiently and accurately Answer phone calls and respond to guest inquiries Provide information about hotel facilities, services, and local attractions Assist guests with luggage storage, transportation arrangements, and other requests Handle guest complaints and resolve issues promptly and effectively Process payments and maintain accurate records of guest transactions Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure guest satisfaction Perform night audit duties as required Skills Strong guest relations skills with a focus on providing exceptional customer service Knowledge of hotel operations and front desk procedures Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment Familiarity with hotel management systems and phone systems Attention to detail and accuracy in handling guest information and transactions Flexibility to work evening, overnight, weekend, and holiday shifts as needed Job Types: Full-time, Part-time Schedule 8 hour shift Evening shift Overnight shift Weekends as needed Work Location: In person #J-18808-Ljbffr Holiday Inn Express
