Job Summary: Senior QA Engineer (Remote, India Shift)

Responsibilities

- Lead the development and execution of comprehensive test strategies, plans, and automation frameworks across web, mobile, API, and backend platforms
- Design, develop, and maintain robust automated test scripts using Playwright, Tosca, Selenium, and integrate with Azure DevOps CI/CD pipelines
- Leverage AI/ML-driven testing tools and custom Python solutions to optimize test coverage and efficiency
- Conduct extensive manual testing for functional, regression, integration, and system-level QA throughout the SDLC and STLC
- Validate business processes, integrations, data flows, and user journeys, ensuring seamless application performance and reliability
- Perform advanced API testing with Postman and thorough database/ETL testing using Oracle and SQL
- Ensure compliance with accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1 AA+), security protocols, and regulatory policies
- Drive performance, load, and security testing initiatives for all digital products
- Collaborate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies, adapt to evolving requirements, and communicate clearly with stakeholders
- Maintain meticulous documentation for test cases, defect reports, and overall quality metrics
- Contribute to ongoing process improvements and QA best practices

Required Skills and Experience

- 8-10 years of extensive manual testing experience across SDLC and STLC
- Advanced proficiency in test automation (Playwright, Tosca, Selenium) and CI/CD integration (Azure DevOps)
- Proven ability in AI/ML-powered test tools and custom Python-based automation
- Mastery of test management tools (ADO, QTest) for defect tracking and reporting
- Expertise in REST API testing with Postman and application testing for web/mobile platforms
- Strong skills in database/ETL testing (Oracle, SQL), data validation, and transformation logic
- Practical experience in Agile/Scrum environments and stakeholder collaboration
- Experience testing React and React Native applications, ensuring responsive, cross-platform compatibility
- Knowledge of accessibility testing, performance/load testing, and security testing fundamentals

Preferred Skills

- Familiarity with WCAG 2.1 AA+ accessibility compliance and mobile accessibility testing
- Exposure to OWASP Top 10 security concepts and secure coding practices
- Experience with performance analysis and identifying application bottlenecks
- Prior work on large-scale, enterprise-grade digital applications
