Role Summary The Product Manager is an end‑to‑end product owner responsible for product strategy, product performance, and go‑to‑market success. This role owns the full product lifecycle—from identifying customer problems and defining product solutions, to driving growth, pricing, positioning, launches, and market adoption. The role acts as a single point of accountability for product value creation, commercial performance, and market success in a lean or early‑stage environment. Key Responsibilities 1. Product Strategy & Management Define and own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned to business and category goals Own and drive the product roadmap and backlog, ensuring alignment with business goals and customer needs Use the product roadmap to facilitate structured decision making on priorities, timing, and resource allocation in alignment with company strategy. Identify customer problems through research, data analysis, and stakeholder feedback Identify and validate the most critical customer and business problems to solve Translate business objectives into clear product outcomes and success metrics Prioritize features, enhancements, and initiatives based on value, feasibility, and impact Partner closely with Engineering and Design to deliver high‑quality solutions and deliver roadmap commitments Allocate resources effectively to ensure focus on the highest-impact work Ensure the product team remains focused, aligned, and accountable to agreed priorities Define requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria in a detailed product brief document Validate product performance post‑launch and drive continuous improvement Ownership of product lifecycle and product transitions Develop and deliver product training to Sales team to ensure clear value articulation, competitive positioning, and confident customer engagement 2. Product Marketing & Go‑to‑Market Define product positioning, value propositions, and messaging Own go‑to‑market strategy for new products and features Plan and execute product launches end‑to‑end Develop sales enablement materials (decks, FAQs, sell sheet, competitive analysis) Partner with Sales and Customer Success to support revenue growth Conduct win/loss analysis and gather market feedback to inform product decisions 3. Performance Measurement & Optimization Define success metrics (KPIs) upfront and conduct structured, recurring reviews with stakeholders to assess performance and adjust strategy as needed. Track product adoption, usage, retention, and customer satisfaction Monitor product revenue, margin, and growth performance Measure launch effectiveness and market impact Use data and insights to refine roadmap, pricing, and messaging Communicate performance, insights, and recommendations to leadership Make informed trade‑off decisions across speed, quality, and scope to maximize product outcome Continuously assess product performance and adjust priorities based on feedback, data, and changing business needs Success Metrics Success in this role is measured across product outcomes, business performance, and market impact.
