Parking Ambassador 42195

The Parking Ambassador is responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of a parking facility while delivering a service that exceeds customer expectations. Key duties include providing customer service, handling entry/exit transactions, and maintaining parking equipment in operational condition. Responsibilities Direct traffic to appropriate parking areas. Perform vehicle counts on location throughout shift to ensure parking does not overfill available spaces. Charge customers for parking as directed by the supervisor. Screen parking lots for permits. Supply exceptional customer service to all customers. Use hand signals and lights to direct patrons into open spots. Immediately report accidents, incidents, or safety concerns to the Supervisor. Position or remove barricades to prevent parking in certain spots.
