Multi-Country DRR Evaluation Lead

Oxfam America is seeking a team of evaluation consultants to conduct a summative and formative evaluation of the Strengthening Community Preparedness, Rapid Response, and Recovery program (ACT) in Bangladesh, Indonesia, Nepal, and the Philippines.
