Parts Sales Representative
Greenville Automotive Group is home to Greenville Chevrolet and Greenville Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram, two of Alabama's fastest-growing dealerships. We are currently seeking a motivated, customer-focused Parts Sales Representative to join our Parts Department. Whether assisting retail customers, service technicians, wholesale accounts, or commercial clients, this position plays a critical role in helping our dealerships deliver an exceptional ownership experience.

What You'll Do
- Assist retail, wholesale, and service customers with parts inquiries and purchases
- Identify and source the correct parts using manufacturer catalogs and dealership systems
- Build relationships with local repair facilities, body shops, and commercial accounts
- Generate additional sales opportunities through upselling and cross-selling
- Work closely with Service Advisors and Technicians to ensure timely repairs
- Maintain accurate inventory records and assist with inventory management
- Receive, stock, and organize incoming parts shipments
- Process invoices, credits, returns, and warranty parts as required
- Help maintain a clean, organized, and professional parts department
What We're Looking For

- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Basic computer skills and willingness to learn dealership software
- Previous automotive parts experience preferred but not required
- Automotive knowledge is a plus
- Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record
