Job OpportunityPosition: Home Health Occupational TherapistLocation: Vacaville, CA / Vallejo, CAShift DetailsShift Type: Day 5x8-Hour (08:00 - 16:30)Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours weekly, with a productivity expectation of seeing 5-6 patients per day.First-Time Travelers: AcceptedWeekend Work: Opportunity to pick up patients on weekends to meet productivity goals.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide quality home health care services to patients.Maintain timely communication and documentation of patient visits.Utilize documentation tools provided and ensure their return.Manage a caseload of home health patients, with a focus on minimizing travel time.QualificationsMinimum of 1 year of home health experience preferred.Must possess a valid Occupational Therapist license in California.BLS certification required.Personal transportation is necessary for patient visits.Additional InformationPatient Ratio: 1:1, with a potential to visit up to 6 patients per day.Travel Radius: Occasionally up to 50+ miles.Parking: Free parking available.Attire: Any color scrubs.Skills and CompetenciesExperience with activities of daily living, cardiac rehabilitation, and pain management techniques.Familiarity with various therapeutic equipment and patient care methods.Ability to work independently and efficiently manage time and patient load.For inquiries regarding the position, please reach out to the recruitment team.
