Business Quantitative Analyst

This position allows remote flexibility but will have 1 day per week in the office.If living in one of our approved states (Florida, Iowa, Kansas, Minnesota, Missouri, Nebraska, North Dakota, and Texas) – this person may travel to our headquarters.This role is responsible for coordinating efforts to pull necessary reports for an assigned business unit. This will require the ability to understand reporting and extraction relationships within various data base tools. This position will partner with a data software developer and other information technology personnel to extract necessary information that matches the business reporting needs and provides quality and actionable reports.What you'll do:Pull data from multiple sources that will help the assigned business unit with their daily tasks, as well as provide business insight. This will include adhoc, as well as scheduled reports.Partner with coworkers across teams to ensure best practices for data collection and analysis.Assist with the design, creation, modification, and review of database objects (tables, views, indexes, keys, stored procedures, functions, DB links, etc.) to support reporting needs. Partner with IT and developers as needed.Provide and automate data scrubbing and testing functions.Act as a domain expert and utilize reporting skills to run data sets for the assigned business unit team.
