This contract role is essential to fostering student success within a dynamic educational environment. You’ll work directly onsite with a diverse caseload of 30–40 students, lending your expertise to help learners reach their fullest potential.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy, with a passion for school-based services
• Hold (or be eligible for) relevant state licensure
• At least one year of experience in a school-based or pediatric OT setting preferred
• Strong communication and collaboration skills to partner with educators and families
• Ability to work independently in onsite settings
• Please note: COTA applicants are not eligible, as the school cannot provide supervision for this role

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver individualized and group OT interventions for a range of student needs
• Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and maintain documentation in alignment with state and school protocols
• Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
• Consult with teachers and staff to promote supportive classroom environments
• Monitor and document progress, ensuring compliance with applicable standards
