- Lead Comprehensive Searches from the initial intake to the finalization of placements.
- Function as a Strategic Client Partner, discerning their hiring requirements, challenges, and culture.
- Employ Strategic Sourcing techniques utilizing our unique CRM/ATS while also leveraging your own network and resources.
- Utilize Our Platform effectively to manage candidates, track outreach efforts, automate follow-ups, and streamline organization.
- Focus on Permanent Placements that ensure enduring value for both clients and handsome commissions for you.
- Contribute to Increasing Thought Leadership as we advance our brand - and yours.
- Comprehensive Tech Suite: Our CRM, ATS, and marketing communications are housed in one user-friendly platform, eliminating the need to juggle multiple tools and cluttered inboxes.

- 2-3+ years in agency recruitment or consultative sales roles
