Position: Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant (COTA) Facility: Live Oak Healthcare and Rehabilitation Location: Live Oak, Florida Shift: Full-Time Pay Rate: $28–$34 per hour About the Role Join a team where your work truly makes an impact. Key Responsibilities Individualized Care & Treatment Support: Collaborate with Occupational Therapists and the interdisciplinary team to implement personalized treatment plans tailored to each resident’s goals and needs. Restoring Independence: Empower residents to rebuild essential life skills and improve their ability to perform daily activities with confidence and dignity. Hands-On Therapeutic Care: Provide skilled, supportive assistance during therapy sessions to promote recovery, mobility, and overall functional improvement. Professional Standards & Compliance: Maintain accurate documentation and uphold strict confidentiality in accordance with all regulatory and facility guidelines. Collaborative Team Environment: Partner with nursing, therapy, and medical staff to ensure seamless, high-quality resident care and optimal outcomes.
