Key Responsibilities Develop Therapy Plans: Create and implement customized education programs (IEPs) and therapy plans to address students fine motor skills, sensory processing, and daily living needs. Assess and Intervene: Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate students needs and deliver effective therapy interventions to facilitate their progress. Collaborate with Educators: Work alongside teachers, parents, and school staff to integrate therapy goals into classroom activities and enhance students' overall learning experience. Maintain Records: Keep accurate and detailed records of therapy sessions, student progress, and munication with stakeholders. Professional Development: Participate in school meetings and ongoing professional development to stay updated with the latest practices in occupational therapy. Qualifications Educational Background: Masters degree in Occupational Therapy or a related field. Licensure: Valid OT license or certification in Georgia. Experience: School-based experience is preferred but not required. Skills: Strong munication and organizational abilities with a talent for working effectively with students, families, and educational staff.
