Preferred qualifications Master's degree or PhD in Computer Science or a related technical field. 3 years of experience with abuse detection. 3 years of experience with AI algorithms. Experience with Generative AI. Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to apply on complex issues. We drive responsible innovation and are the industry's leading abuse fighters. The US base salary range for this full‑time position is $166,000-$244,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job‑related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities Scope, design, test, and deploy new features and components that leverage AI to automate and enhance T&S operations, enabling teams to scale their user protection impact efficiently. Troubleshoot and debug issues, ensuring a high‑quality user experience. Work across the stack from building AI models, to performing experiments, improving quality, building infrastructure and tools, etc. Collaborate cross‑functionally to solve ambiguous, testing, and impactful problems at the intersection of technology, automation, user protection, and AI.
