Employment Type Casual Employee (per diem, hourly clinician role) 8-23 patient care hours per week What You'll Be Working On Seeing patients with diverse needs; conducting acute, chronic, and wellness visits (not a panel-building role) Treating patients in-office and conducting occasional telehealth visits Collaborating with in-office and virtual teams Utilizing your clinical training and performing in-office procedures Qualifications Enrolled in or completed an accredited Family Medicine or Internal Medicine residency Practiced at least 2 of the last 5 years in outpatient primary care Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine; if not yet certified, must have completed residency within the last year and scheduled for next exam State licensed in Arizona before start date Additional Qualities Passion for human-centered primary care Effective communication skills with diverse backgrounds Proficiency in using technology for care delivery Clinical proficiency in evidence-based primary care Team-oriented mindset and openness to feedback Ability to navigate uncertain situations confidently Adaptability to meet patient needs Provider Benefits Malpractice insurance fully covered UpToDate subscription Secure laptop for EHR access Sick Time PTO according to local laws This hourly role supports our Greenway and Indian School offices.
