The Construction Sales Representative is responsible for generating new business opportunities, maintaining client relationships, and selling construction services to our commercial and industrial customers. This role requires a strong understanding of the construction industry, excellent communication skills, and the ability to develop customized solutions that meet client needs.
Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through networking, referrals, cold calling, and market research.
- Meet with prospective clients to understand project requirements and present company services.
- Collaborate with estimating, project management, and operations teams to ensure accurate project pricing and execution.
- Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking functions.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Qualifications
- A minimum of 5 years of sales experience, preferably in construction or related industries.
- Knowledge of construction processes, terminology, and project lifecycle.
- Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
