Product Strategy & GTM Manager - Key Management Systems (KMS)

We are looking for a strategic operator who thrives at the intersection of product, market, and customer. As our Product Strategy & GTM Manager, you will define how our Key Management System (KMS) competes in the enterprise and public sector markets. This is not a traditional marketing role. It requires a deep understanding of our users, the competitive landscape, and the ability to shape how our product is positioned and brought to market. You will connect product, sales, and marketing to identify who we serve, what they need, and how we win. Key Responsibilities: Strategic Market Insight Define and prioritize ideal customer profiles and target segments Conduct competitive analysis, win/loss reviews, and market research Align product direction with customer demand and market opportunities Own go-to-market planning for the KMS product from positioning through post-launch Create clear messaging and value propositions for enterprise and security-conscious buyers Collaborate with analysts and ecosystem partners to build credibility in key markets Sales and Field Enablement Develop playbooks, one-pagers, battlecards, and other sales collateral Train sales teams on product messaging, market context, and competitive positioning Work closely with sales leadership to refine how we engage and convert prospects Customer and Product Intelligence Lead customer interviews, closed-lost reviews, and customer advisory effortsSynthesize insights to support roadmap decisions and feature prioritization Act as a strategic partner to the product team on user needs and market fit Who You Are: 10+ years of experience in product strategy, go-to-market planning, or customer research within B2B SaaS, cybersecurity, or cloud infrastructure Able to translate complex technical products into business value and outcomes Proven experience launching enterprise-grade software to IT leaders, CISOs, and compliance teams Cross-functional collaborator with experience in early-stage or high-growth environments Clear communicator who can align teams and influence without direct authority Nice to Have: Knowledge of cryptographic tools such as HSMs, KMS, PKI, or post-quantum security Experience with regulated markets including federal and defense Familiarity with compliance frameworks like FIPS 140-3, ISO 27001, or SOC 2 Salary range: $200-240k, based upon experience #J-18808-Ljbffr MPCH
