Job Summary
In this important position, you will gain critical skills as you provide support to our Controller and play a key role in keeping the billing cycle on track each month.

Responsibilities 

• Billing Construction Jobs with different Contract Types
• Sale tax calculations
• Burden allocation
• Rate tables
• New Project setup
• Contract analysis
• Procore verification

Qualifications

• Proficiency with Procore & Sage Intacct is a plus
• Construction Experience/knowledge
• AIA Contract reading
• Understands different types of billing methods
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are required. Lead by example.
• Be proactive in finding solutions.
