IT Business Analyst Specialist

Business Analyst

• Must have at least 7 years of BA experience, out of which minimum 4 years of Agile requirement writing experience

• Soft Skill Must Haves: Should have strong communication skills and analytical skills

• Can interface between business and technical teams

• Understands the end-to-end software development life cycle (SDLC)

• Experience in:

• Requirement gathering
• Process/data flow design
• Technical spec design
• Business analysis
• Translating business requirements to technical requirements
• Defining project objectives
• Feasibility analysis
• Supporting development, systems integration testing and user acceptance testing
• Creating and documenting UAT strategies/plans and test cases/scripts

• Should be experienced with tools such as Jira for requirement management

• Should have strong communication skills

• Should have excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

• Should be able to mock up user interfaces for requirement clarification

• Should be able to generate process diagram, flow diagram, etc., to illustrate requirements

• Prefer good System testing skills. Should be able to help with manual testing when needed to validate requirements.

• Financial Industry and Capital Markets business knowledge a big plus

• Experience with Cloud projects a big plus
