Position 2nd Person Produce Clerk – Food Maxx 4461 Balfour Rd., Brentwood, CA 94513 About The Position The 2nd Person Produce Clerk performs responsibilities in the Produce Manager’s absence, including assigning job tasks, scheduling, enforcing company policy, training, merchandising, planning and monitoring production, satisfying projected sales, ordering merchandise, performing quality control, and other duties as assigned. Responsibilities Assign job tasks, schedule, enforce company policy, and train staff. Merchandise, plan, and monitor production. Satisfy projected sales and order merchandise. Perform quality control and other duties as assigned. Requirements Must be at least 18 years old. Ability to lift 40 pounds and continuously walk, stand, reach, and bend. Ability to read, write, and speak English proficiently. Ability to provide excellent customer service. Strong team player with a willingness and desire to learn, work hard, and have fun. Availability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Pay Range Hiring pay range: $27.50 – $27.50 per hour.
