$150k–$200k+ first year (uncapped), pre-set, high-intent appointments

What You’ll Do
- Run company-set, confirmed appointments (no cold calling or canvassing).
- Deliver our proven presentation ; design solutions; close same-day when appropriate.
- Build value in premium products, warranties, and our reputation.
- Write clean, accurate contracts and hand off sold jobs smoothly.
- Stay engaged post-sale to ensure quality customer experience.
- Money-motivated closers with a competitive edge.
- Coachable : you like feedback, drills, and scripted frameworks.
- Ownership mindset : accountable, on time, prepared.
- Some Evening & Weekend availability and a reliable vehicle are musts, we meet with customers when they are home and ready for us.
- Prior in-home or one-call-close experience is a plus , not a must.
- Uncapped commission with monthly performance bonuses.

- All appointments are provided ; strong brand and marketing engine, but a self-generation bonus is available for proactive salespeople who bring a lead-setting mindset to the table.
- Direct seller, commission based with monthly and annual performance bonuses and access to training and mentorship with our proven leaders.
Mon–Fri morning, afternoon and evening appointments with 1 weekend per month. Not for You If…
