As a BCBA, you will collaborate with educators, administrators, and families to create meaningful change and support student success.
Key Qualifications:
- Current BCBA certification required
- Prior experience providing behavioral analysis services in school or pediatric settings strongly preferred
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and organization skills
- Strong ability to assess needs, develop intervention plans, and train school staff
- Commitment to ethical, evidence-based practices
Core Responsibilities:
- Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop individualized behavior intervention plans for students
- Work closely with school teams, caregivers, and other professionals to implement and monitor intervention strategies
- Guide and train teachers, paraprofessionals, and families on behavioral systems and best practices
- Collect, analyze, and interpret data to drive decision-making and adapt interventions
- Promote a positive, inclusive school climate and support all students in reaching their potential
