A full-time, on-site speech-language pathologist (SLP) position is available at a school location in Magnolia, DE. This role focuses on delivering speech therapy services within a school setting, providing evaluations, and supporting Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) throughout the 2026-2027 school year. The position requires an active Delaware licensure or certification specific to SLP and excludes consideration of Speech-Language Pathology Assistants (SLPAs).


Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct speech therapy services to students
• Conduct speech and language evaluations
• Develop and write individualized IEPs
• Participate in team meetings and collaborative planning
• Collect and document progress monitoring data
• Maintain therapy documentation and notes
• Utilize specialized software such as Data Service Center and PowerSchool IEP

Qualifications and Experience:

• Active Delaware SLP licensure/certification (mandatory)
• Experience providing speech therapy services in a school environment
• Skilled in evaluation administration and IEP development
• Ability to work full-time, Monday through Friday (37.5 hours/week)
• Reliable transportation to on-site location
• Strong organizational and communication skills
