Role Description The Front Desk Representative is a full-time remote role responsible for serving as the first point of contact for clients and visitors via phone, email, and messaging platforms. Day-to-day tasks include answering and directing calls, managing inquiries, handling reservations or appointments, and providing clear, courteous information about services. The role involves maintaining organized digital records, updating schedules, and ensuring that all interactions reflect the company’s standards for professionalism and customer care. The Front Desk Representative will collaborate with other team members to route issues appropriately, follow up on outstanding requests, and support smooth operational workflows. This position requires consistent availability during assigned working hours and the ability to work effectively in a remote environment. Qualifications Strong receptionist and front desk skills, including Receptionist Duties and Reservations management. Excellent Customer Service abilities, with a focus on responsiveness, patience, and problem-solving. Professional Phone Etiquette, including clear speaking, active listening, and courteous call handling. Effective Communication skills across phone, email, and digital platforms. Ability to work independently in a remote setting with reliable internet access and a quiet workspace. Organizational and time-management skills, with attention to detail in scheduling and record-keeping.
