This full-time, onsite role spans from ASAP through the end of the school year, allowing you to make an immediate difference for children who need your expertise.

Your skills as a licensed Occupational Therapist will be essential in helping students improve their functional abilities in academic and social settings. Collaborate closely with educators and families to develop individualized plans that foster each child's success.

Key Qualifications:

• Active state licensure as an Occupational Therapist (OT)
• Previous experience in a school-based OT setting preferred
• Strong foundation in pediatric therapy and IEP implementation
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to manage and organize a full caseload
• Dedication to positive outcomes for diverse student populations

Primary Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and create targeted therapy plans
• Deliver direct interventions, both individually and in small groups
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to support students’ academic goals
• Provide input for IEP meetings and maintain accurate documentation
• Consult with teachers and parents to implement classroom accommodations
• Support students in developing fine motor skills and essential life skills
