Sales Representative (Full-Time)

What you'll do

• Build and manage a warm pipeline (internet leads, walk-ins, local events, referrals).
• Consult with individuals and small businesses to match needs with Auto, Home, Life, and supplemental products.
• Participate in highly successful protocols to fuel your success.
• Educate and advise our clients on how to protect their family and their livliehood.
• Be a community champion-events, sponsorships, and social content that highlight how we help neighbors recover from the unexpected.

What success looks like (your first 12 months)

• Consistent monthly premium targets met or exceeded.
• Quote-to-bind rate improving quarter over quarter.
• Strong retention and cross-sell from proactive policy reviews.
• Cultivating your own personal following with raving-fan reviews.

What you'll learn here (and why it matters)

• Modern sales stack: State Farm quoting tools + CRM + call and text enablement + lightweight content templates for social prospecting.

The package (beyond pay)

• Uncapped commission & monthly bonuses
• Licensing: 2-20 and 4-40 support if needed.
• Paid training and paid Continuing Education

You might be a fit if you

• Have 1-3+ years in sales, retail banking, hospitality, or phone-based customer service (insurance a plus).
• Love educating and advising in the form of consultative conversations.
• Are data-curious (you like seeing your numbers and testing what improves them).
• Are coachable, resilient, and comfortable on the phone, text, and video.
• Hold or willing to obtain a Florida P&C and/or Life & Health license (we'll help).

Compensation: $45,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
