Role Responsibilities

Education Requirements

• MD or DO from a recognized medical school.
• Completion of a Family Medicine residency accredited by the ACGME.

Certifications

• Board Certification in Family Medicine is required.
• Eligibility for or possession of an active Florida medical license.
• BLS and ACLS certifications are preferred.
