WHAT YOU'LL DO AS OUR HVAC SALES REPRESENTATIVE - LEAD GENERATOR:

In this role, you engage directly with customers in a retail setting, creating a welcoming and approachable first impression. You spark meaningful conversations about heating, cooling, and ways to enhance home comfort, while introducing current promotions and free estimate opportunities to generate interest. As you connect with customers, you collect their information and coordinate appointments for the sales team, all while staying focused on meeting and exceeding weekly lead generation goals. Throughout every interaction, you represent Bratcher Heating & Air Conditioning with professionalism, energy, and enthusiasm.

WHAT WE'RE OFFERING:

You will earn $18-$22/hour, performance-based pay, and bonuses , giving you the freedom to boost your income through your performance.

This role offers full- or part-time flexible shifts, including weekends, to accommodate a variety of schedules while maximizing earning potential.
