As a Sales Director , you will play a critical role in driving business growth and success by identifying and securing new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, and staying ahead of the competition. Responsibilities:

• Identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities to drive revenue growth and expand the company's presence in the market

• Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to achieve quarterly and annual sales targets

• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including community leaders, business partners, and referral sources

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement marketing campaigns, promotions, and events to drive sales and growth

• Analyze sales data and market trends to inform sales strategies and optimize results

• Develop and manage sales forecasts, sales reports, and other sales-related metrics

• Conduct sales training and coaching to ensure sales team effectiveness

• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments to ensure continuous improvement

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience)

• 3+ years of sales experience, with a track record of success in a similar role

• Proven ability to develop and execute effective sales strategies and achieve sales targets

• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills

• Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
