Box Truck Driver (Non-CDL) Location: Sutton, MA Schedule: Full-Time | Monday–Friday | 5:30 AM Start Pay: $22–$24 per hour (based on experience) About the Role Koopman Lumber is hiring a dependable, safety‑focused Box Truck Driver to make local deliveries of building materials to customers and job sites. This is a hands‑on role with daily home time — not just driving, but loading, unloading, and representing the company in the field. What You’ll Do Safely operate a non‑CDL box truck for local deliveries Deliver building materials including cabinets, windows, doors, and trim Load and unload materials as needed (physical work required) Take delivery confirmation photos using a company‑provided device Complete delivery paperwork and required reports Perform daily vehicle inspections Follow all DOT, safety, and company policies Provide professional, reliable customer service at job sites Why Koopman Lumber Family‑owned since 1939 with steady work, hands‑on training, and opportunities to grow.
