Senior Accountant, Hybrid

Job Description Job Description LHH Recruitment Solutions is looking to fill a Senior Accountant position in Richardson, TX that is open due to growth. This position will be responsible for maintaining accounting records and verifying financial data in accordance with GAAP. Responsibilities include: Responsible for the full month end close and financial reporting Review monthly account reconciliations (balance sheet and income statement) Perform variance analysis of actuals vs. budget Mentor and guide Staff Accountants Interact with Senior Management Perform P&L analysis and explain variances to management Qualifications: Bachelor Degree in Accounting 5+ years of experience in multi-location environment is a plus Experience working within a publicly traded company is a plus but not required Experience with Excel and large ERP Benefit offerings include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and 401K plan.
