What You’ll Do: Inspire & Lead: Drive performance and help our team succeed. Engage the Team: Promote safety, operational improvement, and excellence. Delight Customers: Ensure every customer leaves with a smile. Mentor & Coach: Develop a team of customer service stars. Stay Compliant: Follow company policies and local regulations. Manage Facilities: Keep our sites in tip‑top shape. Report Performance: Update Site and District Managers regularly. Boost Efficiency: Increase car counts, reduce downtime, and minimize errors. What You’ll Bring: 2+ years team leadership experience in a retail / customer service-based industry Experience driving for and achieving results Membership sales experience is a plus!
