Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) - Greenfield, CA

Qualifications and Experience:

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Active state SLP license and/or eligibility for licensure
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or eligibility to begin Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY)
• Experience or clinical rotation within K-12 schools is a plus
• Exceptional communication, organization, and problem-solving abilities
• Flexibility when collaborating with students, families, and multidisciplinary teams

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide speech and language therapy services to students across elementary, middle, and high school
• Evaluate, develop, and implement individualized therapy plans
• Collaborate with educators, parents, and support staff on student goals
• Participate in IEP meetings and document progress in accordance with school and state requirements
• Deliver both individual and group interventions tailored to unique student needs
• Stay current with best practices and maintain compliance standards
