As the Cafeteria Manager, you'll oversee the daily operations of our campus café, ensuring every customer receives friendly service in a clean, well-stocked environment.

Monday–Thursday schedule.

Responsibilities

• Manage the day-to-day operation of the café.
• Supervise and motivate a small food service team.
• Foster a positive, welcoming atmosphere and provide outstanding hospitality to students, faculty, and staff.
• Ensure all food and beverage stations are fully stocked throughout service.
• Oversee grill, deli, salad bar, coffee station, beverages, and grab-and-go offerings.
• Monitor cleanliness and organization of all café areas.
• Handle cash register oversight and daily money handling procedures.
• Order food, beverages, and supplies while maintaining appropriate inventory levels.
• Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation standards.
• Maintain a safe, efficient, and organized workplace

Qualifications

• ServSafe Certification required.
• Previous experience in a deli, café, catering, food retail, or similar food service environment required.
• Leadership or supervisory experience is a plus.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Dependable, hardworking, and motivated.
• Positive attitude with a commitment to excellent customer service.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and lead by example.
