About the Role
Shepherd of the Valley Rehabilitation and Wellness in Casper, WY is hiring a Registered Nurse to lead and provide quality nursing care to residents. This 192-bed skilled nursing facility offers both long-term care and short-term rehabilitation services. As an RN, you will oversee clinical staff, ensure care plans are followed, and support a high standard of care in a collaborative environment.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and deliver nursing care in accordance with care plans

• Monitor residents’ conditions and report changes to providers

• Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations

• Collaborate with CNAs, LPNs, physicians, and support staff

Qualifications

• Current RN license in Wyoming

  • New grad? We’ll train you!

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program

• Experience in long-term care or rehabilitation preferred
