Financial Analyst

Job Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Financial Analyst to join our team. The Financial Analyst will be responsible for analyzing financial data, creating financial reports, and providing insights and recommendations to help guide the school's financial decisions. This is a full-time position with competitive salary and benefits. Key Responsibilities: Analyze financial data and create reports to support decision-making processes Monitor financial performance and identify trends and opportunities for improvement Develop financial models and forecasts to assist in budget planning and resource allocation Collaborate with various departments to gather and analyze financial information Conduct cost-benefit analysis for potential investments and projects Prepare presentations and present financial information to senior management and board of trustees Ensure compliance with financial regulations and policies Participate in annual audit and assist with financial statement preparation Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and accuracy of financial reporting Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in financial analysis Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field Minimum of 2 years of experience in financial analysis or related role Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial modeling Excellent communication and presentation skills Ability to work independently and in a team environment Knowledge of GAAP and financial regulations Experience with budget planning and forecasting preferred Experience in the education industry a plus We offer a competitive salary and benefits package, including health insurance, 401k,retirement plan, and tuition remission for employees' children.
