Hay Runner is growing , and we're looking for talented, hardworking carpenters to join our team!

We have exciting projects happening throughout Portland, Bath, Rockport, and everywhere in between , and we're looking for people who take pride in their craft and want to be part of a team that's building something a little different.

At Hay Runner, we don't just build and renovate homes—we help care for them throughout their entire lifecycle. From design and construction to custom millwork and ongoing property care, our team works together to create thoughtful, high-quality spaces for our clients.

What We're Looking For

• Lead Carpenters
• Experienced Carpenters
• Finish Carpenters
• Skilled Carpenters looking to grow into leadership roles

You don't have to know everything, but you should have a solid foundation in carpentry, a strong work ethic, and pride in doing things right.

You'll Be a Great Fit If You:

• Have hands-on carpentry and construction experience
• Can read plans and think through construction challenges
• ️ Take pride in quality craftsmanship and attention to detail
• Work well with others and communicate professionally
• Have reliable transportation and can travel between job sites
• Are dependable, motivated, and ready to jump in
• Want to continue learning and growing in your career
