Physical Therapist - Travel Contract

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA
• Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
• BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC
• Outpatient experience required
• Experience with Prompt EMR required

Assignment Details

• Outpatient setting
• Expected patient volume is around 11 patients per day for Physical Therapists
• Virtual interviews are anticipated
