Job Title: Activity AssistantHours Worked: 40 hours per week, days of the week may vary (see schedule)Lunch: to be taken before the end of the 4th hour of work.Duties:Assist Director with monthly calendar and newsletters.Attend regular Activity Department MeetingsMaintain records of activities under the supervision of Activity DirectorCoordinate with AD in planning and participating in arts, crafts, games, and other activities.Develop and maintain a list of community resources with the direction of AD.Plan and organize a variety of social, recreational, religious, and educational activities for residents with the direction of AD.Assist in dining room at breakfast and lunch & serve snacks and water passLine of Authority: Activity DirectorExecutive Director1. Shall be at least 18 years of ageShall have criminal record clearance prior to presence in the facilityShall have a health screening and TB test, performed by a physician not more than six (6) months prior to employment.
