About the Position

Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: Registered Nurse (RN) Specialty: Progressive Care Unit (PCU) Duration: 13 Weeks Shift: 7:00 PM - 7:30 AM Hours per Shift: 12.5 Experience: Minimum of 24 months PCU experience with recent experience in the last 12 months License: Active license to practice Certifications: BLS (Basic Life Support) ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) Must-Have: Life support certifications must be from recognized organizations No hits on state license to practice Driver's license to verify residency Flu vaccination status Description: Candidates for this position should be experienced and willing to work in a Surgical PCU. Weekend and holiday rotation is required. There may be a possibility of floating to support other units. Candidates must be flexible with locations, shifts, and departments to secure an offer quickly. RTO (request time off) must be clearly outlined and cannot exceed 7 days. There is no RTO allowed during the first week of assignment. All candidates submitted should be pre-closed and ready to accept. Immediate notification is required if a candidate withdraws or is no longer available. Flu vaccination exemption forms are available upon request. Travel experience is highly preferred. Strict adherence to background check standards is necessary. A completed skills checklist for PCU must be submitted within the last 12 months. All certifications must be verified as active within the last 30 days. Documentation of the driver's license is required.
