We are seeking a compassionate and motivated Occupational Therapist to join our growing healthcare team in Newark, NJ. This is an excellent opportunity for an OT who is passionate about helping patients improve their independence, restore function, reduce pain, and enhance their overall quality of life. About Us

Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive occupational therapy evaluations and functional assessments
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient goals and clinical findings
- Help patients improve activities of daily living (ADLs), functional mobility, coordination, strength, and independence
- Provide therapeutic exercises, neuromuscular re-education, and functional training
- Educate patients and caregivers on home programs, adaptive equipment, and injury prevention strategies
- Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as needed
- Maintain accurate and timely EMR documentation
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare providers to optimize patient outcomes
- Deliver exceptional patient care in a positive and supportive environment
Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Program
- New Jersey Occupational Therapy License
- Team-oriented mindset and commitment to high-quality patient care
