This is a fully remote, flexible contract role open to anyone with a sharp eye for detail and strong literacy skills. No prior experience in law, data science, or document management required — just focus, consistency, and a systematic mindset.

What You'll Do

• Read and annotate a diverse range of documents — including articles, reports, forms, and structured data files
• Classify document sections, extract key information, and tag important data points
• Identify entities, dates, relationships, and patterns within text
• Follow detailed annotation guidelines with precision and consistency
• Maintain high quality and accuracy across large volumes of documents
• Work independently and asynchronously on your own schedule

Who You Are

• Strong reading comprehension and written communication skills
• Naturally detail-oriented with a systematic, methodical approach
• Comfortable working through a wide variety of document types and subject matter
• Able to follow structured annotation guidelines and apply them consistently at scale
• Self-motivated and reliable when working independently
• No legal, administrative, or document management experience required

Nice to Have

• Background in research, editing, data entry, or administrative work
• Experience with quality assurance, content review, or information management
• Familiarity with annotation tools, spreadsheets, or structured data formats
